Alcatraz - Bomb/Defuse

Background:
The lighthouse and the powerplant are the bomb sites...
The Terrorists have plans to "Turn out the lights"
so that Alcatraz is in the dark.  A ship is on its way
to deliver its deadly cargo under the cover of darkness.
The Counter-Terrorists have orders to stop them at
all costs.

Counter-Terrorists: Stop the Terrorists from
planting the bomb at either the lighthouse
or the power plant. Defuse any bombs that have
been planted.

Terrorists: The Terrorist carrying the C4 explosives
must destroy the lighthouse or the power plant.
